Cookie Policy —
what gets stored on your device
The cookies this site uses, what each one does, and how to switch them off. Short list — we don't run ad trackers. Effective 1 January 2026.
Few cookies, all named
This site uses a handful of cookies: one that remembers you accepted the banner, the standard analytics set, and whatever Bootstrap needs to keep the interface working. No ad pixels, no retargeting, no fingerprinting.
The banner you saw on the homepage is the consent mechanism — declining it leaves only the strictly necessary ones running. You can change your mind any time by clearing site data in your browser.
At a glance
- No advertising or retargeting cookies
- Analytics are aggregated only
- Consent remembered for 12 months
- Clear site data = reset consent
Strictly necessary
rpg-cookie-ok — remembers that you closed the cookie banner, stored for 12 months. Session items — form state and the mobile menu position, cleared when you close the tab. These run regardless; the site doesn't work properly without them.
Analytics
Standard web analytics — page views, session duration, referral source and rough geography (city level). We read it as "which pages do people use", never "who is this person". It runs only after you accept the banner.
What we deliberately don't use
No Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads tags, no heatmaps or session recorders. When you're a freight company, you don't need to follow anyone around the internet.
Managing cookies
Every browser lets you clear or block cookies — Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all have it under privacy settings. Blocking the necessary ones may stop the form and menu working; blocking analytics changes nothing about your visit.

Policies are important — but a pallet that needs to be in Melbourne by Friday is more interesting. Send us the details.
