The parcel sat in a container for six weeks, spent four days in our warehouse — and the customer only talks about the last forty minutes. We built the metro service around that: drivers who call before arriving, carry trolleys, and know which loading docks need a booking.
Two ways to use it. One-off runs for the urgent thing that has to be there today, and scheduled rounds for businesses with the same drops every week — florists, print shops, meal-prep kitchens, trade suppliers.

Priced by the job for one-offs, or by the day for scheduled rounds. CBD and inner suburbs sit at the bottom of the rate card; distance and stairs move it up.
